Where SMS communications are used, they are limited to operational and administrative notifications sent through Gold Standard Operations (GSO). These messages include daily task reminders, deadline alerts, and operational briefings sent to enrolled employees of affiliated operating companies.

Recipients provide explicit consent at first login. Consent records are timestamped and retained. SMS opt-in data is never shared with third parties or used for marketing purposes.

Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Message and data rates may apply.
