These Terms and Conditions govern the use of technology platforms operated by Mosaic Management LLC, including Gold Standard Operations (GSO), an internal store operations platform deployed across affiliated operating companies.

 

Gold Standard Operations (GSO) — SMS Terms

 

Program Description

Gold Standard Operations (GSO) is an internal operations accountability platform. Enrolled employees of affiliated operating companies receive daily operational SMS notifications as part of the program. Messages include task reminders, deadline alerts, daily briefings, and operational updates.

 

Consent

Participants provide explicit opt-in consent within the GSO application at first login. No SMS messages are sent without confirmed consent. Consent records are timestamped and retained in the platform audit trail.

 

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on operational needs. Enrolled users may receive up to 5 SMS messages per day during active operational periods.

 

Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Mosaic Management does not charge for SMS messages.

 

Opt-Out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out of all GSO SMS notifications at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. Opting out does not affect your ability to use the GSO application.

Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Technology Privacy Policy at mosaic-mgmt.com/technology/privacy-policy. SMS opt-in data is never shared with third parties or used for marketing purposes.

 

General Terms

 

Our technology platforms are provided for internal operational use by employees and affiliates of Mosaic Management LLC. Unauthorized access or use is prohibited. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any platform feature at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
